well what about lenses? i understand they wouldn't fit in a fight concerning a DSLR, but the main feature of the canon S90 for example is the 2.0 lens, and the full manual control, and other perks rarely found on any compact digital.. yet it loses against any average mid-range cam.. (yes, yes, i own one, and it is very satisfying!)
i believe you should look up the main quality or most advertised ones of each camera and fit them to the rest of the list. some designers have worked too much on those for them to be ignored..

Hi Bart,
We're just getting started, so we don't have everything in that we'd like to.
We'll be making our comparisons more comprehensive in the future, and lens aperture will definitely be one of the items we'll add. The Canon S90 does look impressive with a f/2.0 lens!
Are there any other features we're missing that are important to you? -
