using lens adaptor ??

Hi all,
would anyone advise me if it is possible to buy Wide Angle Lens without the lens adaptor.
p.s i've Lumix fz100 ..
for example i want to buy accessories bundle that includes Package Includes 0.45 Wide Angle Lens, 2.2X Telephoto ( i.e is it possible to use 0.45 Wide Angle Lens without using the lense adaptor)

i need your help urgently,,,
