Hey, there's not a separate area for DSLRs. I think if one wants to compare 2 DSLRs, that would be needed. And if one selects a camera, the page should also show cameras having similar features and performance.
Apart from that, I need to start with a beginner level DSLR , how would I snap-sort that.

Hi Sudarshan, thanks for the suggestions.
Can you explain your idea for a separate DSLR section a bit more? It is possible today to compare to DSLRs, for example: http://snapsort.com/compare/Canon_EOS...
Getting started with a beginner DSLR is something we're working on, so stay tuned. What would you look for in a beginner DSLR? -

Like, there's a list of manufacturers, then P&S/DSLR, then the Ist selection, likewise for the other one...may be within a certain price range...
What I'm searching in a beginner DSLRs is live-view and must be capable of video shooting, includes a lens and still be affordable.... -

Hi Sudarshan, we've launched a huge update to the site:
http://blog.snapsort.com/2010/06/snap...
It includes many improvements with regards to DSLRs
- now mentions liveview, # of lenses available, image quality etc
- you can now explore to see all the dslrs, here is a link just to entry level DSLRs: http://snapsort.com/explore/best-entr...
- prices for DSLRs are now quoted for body-only and kit (with lens) -
