You've done a great job covering the use cases of someone who has two cameras in mind (with the direct compare) and the first time visitor (with the random compare).
Have you considered the use case of someone (like me :) who doesn't know much about cameras and just wants to find a decent camera that has feature X, Y and Z?
As an aside, I wonder what the conversion rates of each type of user might be...

Another similar scenario: I'm willing to spend $400 - $500 on a camera, I don't care about movie capture, and a large LCD screen is important to me. Show me a Snapsort of my options. :)
