Nikon D70s: incorrect information
Nikon D70s has a pentaprism 0.75×, not a pentamirror 0.49×

Hi Sergey, I'm not 100% sure you're right.
1. I think pentamirror viewfinders are lower end than pentaprism (e.g. cheaper), and the Nikon D70s is likely to use a lower end viewfinder.
2. The manual from Nikon calls it a "Fixed-eyelevel penta-Dach-mirror type"
http://www.nikonusa.com/pdf/manuals/d...
See page 201
3. Manufacturers don't quote viewfinder sizes, instead they quote magnification, Snapsort calculates a "viewfinder size" based on magnification and crop factor to produce a number which is comparable across sensor sizes.
See "Details for geeks" here: http://snapsort.com/learn/viewfinder-...
So we're claiming the Nikon D70s has a viewfinder size of 0.49x, which is calculated by taking the 0.75x manification and dividing by the crop factor (slightly more than 1.5) which gets you 0.49x.
You can then directly compare the size of the viewfinder in the Nikon D70s (0.49x) and full frame cameras like the Nikon D700 (0.72x)/ -
