Needs a little work.
Great idea, format. Execution needs some improvement. 1. need a page that describes what all the little symbols mean. 2. need to clarify what comprisons mean and how "winner" is decided (2.5/5.0) ?? 3. comparisons need to include same things. Canon G9 v. G11. G11 declared winner, but same info not provided for both cameras. i.e. "fast action shooting " If one is comparing to decide whether it is worth...value...going from G9 to G11, the G9 appears to be better than the G11. Then, the G11 is the "winner". This leaves a lot of ??????, huh? Also, navigation around the site is uncertain. Great start here, needs some polishing. Thanks

Hi George, thanks for all the feedback, I definitely agree, we have a ways to go.
1. Which symbols in particular? Are you talking about technical jargon such as "f-stops"?
2. We intend to add explanations and details to ensure any comparisons (especially winner vs. loser) are more transparent.
3. Yeah I hear you, we are not doing very well on explaining why one camera won vs the other.
4. Navigation - are there any specific changes you'd like to see, or problems you had?

Hi George, we've just launched a huge update to http://snapsort.com, please check it out! You can read more here:

The comparison engine is much more thorough now, and clearly explains why it recommends one camera over another, including calling ties when they are close! -
